Terms Of Service

Terms of Service (ToS) are a legally binding agreement between a service provider and a user, outlining the rules for using a digital service like a website or app. Also known as Terms and Conditions (T&C) or Terms of Use, ToS define user rights and responsibilities, specify prohibited activities, and protect the provider from liability. Users agree to ToS to gain access to a service, with agreement shown through an explicit "I agree" checkbox or implicitly by using the service.
